At Fitzroy, we hold a warm, non‑judgmental space for you to explore the experiences, relationships, and childhood stories that quietly shaped your life. Many of us carry emotions that are too intense or confusing to name, so they live in our bodies, surface as repetitive patterns, and drive us to protect ourselves in ways that no longer serve us.
In our work together, we move at your pace. Through a gentle, relational dialogue, we help you translate hidden distress into clear feelings and words, untangling the unconscious patterns that influence your moods, behaviours, and relationships. We watch how those stored emotions show up in your life, whether it’s anxiety that flares at work, old wounds that trigger conflict with a partner, or a sense of being disconnected from yourself.
You’ll have a dedicated, 50‑minute session each week—at the same time, on the same day—to build safety, momentum, and trust.
There’s no rush or limit: choose open‑ended therapy for deep transformation or opt for a focused Brief Therapy Programme of six or twelve sessions to tackle one central issue.
