About The Fitzroy Practice

At The Fitzroy Practice, we help people navigate the complexities of love, intimacy, and connection. Our work is about being human in relationship — staying open when it’s hard, speaking truth with care, and rebuilding trust where it’s been lost.

We offer relationship and psychosexual therapy grounded in the belief that healing is multi-layered — emotional, physical, and relational. Our team integrates psychotherapy, neuro-clinical psychology, and nutritional therapy to support the whole person.

As London’s only clinic specialising in oncosexology, we also help individuals and couples rediscover intimacy and identity after cancer.

We understand how identity, culture, and upbringing shape the way we love, relate, and experience ourselves.

We welcome diversity in all its forms — cultural, sexual, and relational — including LGBTQ+, kink, and non-traditional relationships.

At heart, we believe therapy here is both courageous and kind — a space to explore what it truly means to love and be loved.
