Our work is informed by collaboration with Dr. Mary Dohrmann, a clinical neuroscientist and mental health strategist whose work integrates neuroscience with somatic and contemporary psychological approaches.
Her work supports individuals operating under sustained pressure — including leaders, creatives, and professionals — to develop emotional regulation, cognitive clarity, and long-term nervous system health, integrating contemporary neuroscience with embodied and relational approaches. Her work is internationally recognised and informs practice across the UK, Europe, and the US.
