My Philosophy
We carry the imprint of our early experiences in our bodies, our relationships, and in how we love, communicate, and connect. These early stories shape how we show up with others and how we respond to intimacy, conflict, and vulnerability. They can leave us longing, disconnected, or stuck in patterns we can’t fully see.
The good news is: these patterns are not fixed. When we bring compassion and awareness to what lies beneath the surface, real change becomes possible — emotionally, sexually, and relationally.
My Journey
I’ve been in a committed relationship for over 25 years. Like many long-term partnerships, it’s asked a lot of us. We’ve had to pause, reflect, and reimagine what love means — more than once.
It hasn’t always been easy, but it’s been meaningful. And it’s shown me that connection isn’t about luck — it’s about intention, courage, and the willingness to keep showing up.
That lived experience sits at the core of my work. I bring not just clinical training, but also the insight that comes from living through the complexities of relationships. I aim to offer what I once needed — someone who can hold complexity with care, and walk alongside you through the brave, often messy work of healing and reconnection.
My Practice
I am the Clinical Director of The Fitzroy Practice and I also work within the NHS at St Mary’s Hospital as a psychosexual therapist.
Whether you're seeking short-term support or deeper long-term exploration, I offer a grounded, relational space where real transformation can unfold.
My Passion
I care deeply about the parts of life we are taught to silence — the grief we carry in our bodies, the desire that disappears without warning, the loneliness that can live inside even the most committed relationships. These struggles are human, but too often, they’re hidden behind shame or silence.
My passion lies in helping people name what’s been unspoken — to explore the emotional and sexual pain they’ve been living with, often for years, and to realise they don’t have to keep carrying it alone.
Whether you’re navigating illness, disconnection, or the quiet ache of feeling unmet in your relationship, I’m here to support you in making sense of it — not just intellectually, but relationally, emotionally, and erotically.
You don’t have to suffer. There is a way through.
My Qualifications
My clinical training includes a Master’s-level Advanced Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy from Tavistock Relationships, and postgraduate training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from Roehampton University.
I work integratively, drawing on a biopsychosocial lens that takes into account your emotional world, physical health, relational dynamics, and lived experience. This allows me to support each client with care that is nuanced, flexible, and deeply attuned.
More than anything, I’m a lifelong learner. When something feels unclear — in the therapy room or in life — it becomes an invitation to pause, reflect, and grow. I read widely, train consistently, and stay curious about the evolving ways we make sense of our inner and relational worlds.
