All phone calls and emails to Fitzroy are handled securely. Contract for Therapy
Your therapy contract will include your consent to securely store the basic information required for record-keeping during your therapy. We may also request your consent to use anonymised information for research or teaching purposes. All therapists at Fitzroy adhere to the ethical guidelines set by their respective professional bodies. A copy of Fitzroy’s complaints procedure is available on request.
