Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist Psychodynamic Psychotherapist

Individuals & Couples

BA, PGDip, BPC, FPC, COSRT

I am a certified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and a qualified Relationship and Sex Therapist. At Fitzroy, I offer a safe, confidential space where individuals and couples can explore emotional and sexual difficulties with sensitivity and care.

My approach supports clients in understanding the patterns and feelings that may be holding them back, from anxiety, depression, and anger, to more complex relational and sexual challenges. These may include low desire, performance anxiety, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, pornography use, sex avoidance, or addiction. I also work with those navigating communication breakdowns, loss of intimacy, and the emotional impact of abuse or trauma.

Whether you come as an individual or a couple, therapy provides an opportunity to make sense of your internal world and relationships, to build emotional resilience, and to begin moving toward more fulfilling connections.

I offer a free initial 15-minute phone consultation to discuss briefly what’s bringing you to therapy and whether working together feels like the right fit. If we decide to proceed, sessions are 50 minutes and take place weekly, either in person or online, at a regular time that suits you.
